E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FULFILMENT ASSISTANT - SOUTH HAMS

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Assistant to join our e-commerce team, delivering a high-class digital experience to customers across the country.

This role offers flexible hours across the week and provides the opportunity to join a fast-developing area of the business with plenty of growth potential for the future.

Based in Loddiswell, near Kingsbridge (Devon)

It'll be your job to add value by:

• Overseeing customer service enquiries through online channels and delivering a first-class experience whether it's helping a customer with a return or offering styling advice
• Managing our online returns platform, exchanges and incoming products
• Working with our delivery partners, such as Royal Mail, to ensure a seamless and efficient service
• Continually reviewing and developing all customer service procedures and working with the wider e-commerce team to implement new processes to improve efficiency and service
• Assisting with outgoing products related to our e-commerce channels, including picking, processing and packing orders
• Overseeing the e-commerce fulfilment space and online stock including processing incoming stock, performing stock transfers and maintaining a clean and organised workspace
  
  

Key qualifications & experience required

• Customer service experience (required)
• Live chat experience (beneficial)
• Good knowledge of general computing (required)
• Prior fulfilment experience of picking and processing orders (beneficial)

STORE LEADER – FARNHAM

We're excited to be opening a new store in the heart of Farnham at the end of March 2024.

The eighth in the Busby & Fox family, we expect this store to kick off to a busy start as we bring our unique collection and experience to existing customers (we've already built up a following there!) and plenty of new ones too.

We'd love to open the Farnham store with a full team in place and raring to go, and are looking for a passionate and experienced retail devotee to fill the role of Store Leader.
